First off, thanks so much to all of you who paid for your Stooge panel order
so quickly. Many of you sent Paypal the day you got your invoice. And,
most of the checks arrived so quickly I know they were mailed the day of or
day after you got your invoice. I really appreciate that.

The printer has started work. He has reported to us that he is giving our
project his "undivided attention." So, I am very hopeful that we will have
our hands on your panels in short order this time. All of the panels (392
of them) will be shipped to Dave. Dave is responsible for the quality
inspection. After the inspection, he sends me a portion of them and we
share the drilling and shipping duty. Those who have ordered something else
from me, like brackets or flat rails will be my shipping as to keep your
overall shipping cost low.

Those of you who have not dropped that check in the mail, please do so. I
am planning a vacation. So, if your payment does not reach me by 7/8/03,
you will not get any acknowledgement of that until 7/24/03.

From 7/9/03 until 7/24/03, I will not be answering e-mail. I will not be
near a computer. My wife and I are touring a large portion of the
Appalachian mountain range from northern Virginia, to northern Georgia on
our Harley Davidson. We will be riding all of Skyline Drive and the Blue
Ridge Parkway along with many side trips and hiking. This is some serious
R&R that we both desperately need.

When I get back, I am hoping that Dave has the panels and we are ready to
gear up for shipping the non-drilled panels. Then, the drilling begins.
The drilling requests were much more than in the past. So, drilled panels
will certainly not be shipping until August.

While I am gone, the cabinet maker is proceeding to do two things:
1. Finish up some more straight cabinets.
2. Build the first slant cabinet for my inspection and approval.

So, either before or after panel shipping, I will be starting to send out
invoices and ship cabinet kits. I am VERY pleased with the way that the
look.. The joints are VERY tight even without glue as we have gone to nice
metal inside for the corner re-enforcement. Every cabinet is delivered to
me assembled with screws only so I can inspect the fit before I take it part
for shipment. So, you will have assurance that your cabinet did indeed fit
together very well. I'll try to get some better web photos up when I get a
chance. Sorry this is taking so long. But, I am not rushing the cabinet
maker. I don't want him cranking out junk.

I still have no feel for the shipping expenses. I will need to get one of
each boxed and shipped before I have weights and cost of packing materials.
You guys will just have to bear with me on that.

Flat rails should be done at the metal shop this week. I plan to take them
to powdercoat before I take off on vacation. So, when I get back, they
should be ready too.

Did I mention you guys ordered 392 panels ?? That is about 150 more than
our largest order before. Thanks to everyone that has helped to make Stooge
Products a great success. But, Dave and I still cannot quit our day gigs.
