OK, I wasn't originally going to even ∗look∗ at the 219 touch keyboard. But the joystick was
rolling around inside, and I didn't want it damaging anything.

Well, as you can see from the photos, that's the LEAST of the worries :)

a) it appears cough syrup or such was spilt in it.

b) the joysticks are "hand made" from pcb material, a plastic gear (counterweight), 2 grommets,
and a panel knob. The knob sits on top of a 12V lamp. The grommets are used to apply lateral
pressure on the knob, so it "rides" on top of the lamp. There are 4 photocells in a "cross"
pattern. The knob's skirt' allows light to "peek out"as the joystick is tilted to the sides. That
wacky Don......

c) this thing makes the MARFs look like a picnic. There are 17 kludges, cuts/jumps, and random
parts attached to CMOS ICs (counted 11 of those nasty SSS parts). There is an 8 pin part with the
top sanded off and "This is a 555" written in pencil on the pcb.

I also added, in the main directory, a PDF file of the 292 and 295 modules plotted on the mighty
Audio Precision System 2 DSP analyzer. See 1975 audio technology for yourself :)

Actually, given the time period, Don gets a B+. Needs more bypassing, didn't solder the via
holes, was miserly on ty-wraps and needs reference designators.
