Yes, just wiring and passive components. It's just two passive attenuators (that
could be used for anything), two additional outputs for the 822 (tap from 822
outs), plus and minus bias outs (tap from PS with a current limiting resistor
[very important or you'll smoke your supply] and a voltage divider, if you want
lower voltages). Now that leaves two jacks: MOD A and MOD B, these are
really what the panel was designed for, the rest is functional filler. To use
these your 822 will have to be modified. Larry designed the 822 with the
capability of having an extra input for each channel which is summed to the
output along with the main IN and the switched offset, I'll defer to him for the
implementation. Mr. Hendry also advised using a trimmer to calibrate for 1V/
oct usage from the MOD input (i.e. transposition), though I haven't
implemented this. The basic idea is to be able to route an LFO (or other
modulation source) to multiple VCOs at the same level of modulation. Anyone
is welcome to use the panel.
