I'm finally into making hardware for this EG. I decided that the best
method of control of each parameter was to provide a dual-concentric knob
set for each. Front knob is 'initial' value, rear knob is reversing input
control of the external CV input. This way, things like assigning a rate
'direction' and gain to applied CVs is is easy as it gets.
I am putting two bicolor LEDs on: the cycle state LED and the
oft-requested variable-brightness LED that follows the module output.
And thanks to Larry (again):

working with for the 880 project).
And for those curious as to where I'm getting dual-concentric pots: 1) I
have several friends in Japan 2) Akihabara is a really cool place for
(literally) spelunking for parts.
