Is this what Larry does so it takes him
three times as long to build the kits ?
Well Chris, since the secret is now "out in the open." I will admit to the
following:
I have now twisted THREE of the switches into parts just as you have seen
can easily been done. So, I am ordering a few replacements myself. And, I
must now admit that I actually twisted one of the studs right out of the
back of the MOTM-700 front panel. Yep, had to get a replacement. I won't
do that again !!
Concerning how long it takes me to build my kits, I might suggest that Paul
used a little exaggeration to have some fun at my expense. Which was
perfectly OK with me, 'cause I do the same myself (no sense it taking
one's self too seriously). I usually do not get to mine right when they
arrive, so it just "seems" like it takes me a LONG time to build them.
But, on a serious note, I do take is very slow and carefully. I like
everything to work right the first time so I don't have to show off my lack
of trouble shooting skills. <grin>
