Indeed. I plan to construct a sequencer capable
of 16x4, 32x2, or 64x1 using two DAB-1084 modules.
They will be mounted in one of my main cabinets
on the bottom row.

My original design called for the interface to
consist of 2 7U panels so that it could be laid
out in a straight line, which I agree is the ideal
layout. Here's a direct link to that design:

module and is a more conventional design as a
result.
The downside is that I'm trying to fit everything
BUT the pot matrices into a single row 16U wide.
That leaves only 2U which would have to go to the
counter module, with no room for clocks or a
second counter module. Still, it's worth
reconsidering.
