An minimum expected order count would be good information to have at my end.

> For whatever its worth: the colors should probably be coded for their
intended synthesis purpose...audio, CV, modulation, etc...?!?! - at least
that how I would go about it.

HA. Let me say that as many different buyers as I have, I have that same
number of different opinions about how things should be colored. I'm not
even going there at all. Everyone will use a form to specify their own
choice of colors and heat shrink on their cables. A concensus on the
subject would be impossible. :)

> But more importantly on the heatshrink: it should go on the inside of the
jack

It seems that most everyone who has expressed an opinion has expressed that
same thought. I have checked and we can have them either way. But, thse
cables will never require repair <snicker>

The Neutrik choice over Switchcraft was simple. You must add $2 per cable
to jump up to Switchcraft. Now, that has left me wondering about the
Neutrik connector. It is supposed to be identical to the Switchcraft
(according to Neutrik). I have sample cables coming. I plan to cut them
open and check the quality. I will have photos on line so everyone can see.
I'll do some side by side comparison with the Switchcraft 280.
