I have picked up the cabinet kit prototype from the cabinet maker. I am
generally pleased with it. However, he has asked me for critique and I will
be giving him some. The one I have is put together entirely with screws (no
gluing) and without any special hardware. I am amazed how sturdy it is.
But, it is designed with the thought that the assembler will probably want
to glue and camp. A pair of clamps capable of doing the job well can be had
for under $20. I will be posting some photos this week to solicit opinions.
This is just a prototype and subject to change as you guys that want to buy
them see fit.
