As usual, things sort of blew up here right before NAMM. I'm only taking the WaveWarper and the
uSeq, and that's assuming the uSeq is working (sending the pc board off tomorrow AM after 5 days
of torture-routing). I may take the '450 prototype, it's all working but look like a science fair
project :)

We are having to re-design the ∗digital∗ (yuck, spit) portion of the MIDI-CV converter due to
parts issues. There is something to be said for 5% resistors and a handful of TL-72 op
amps...sigh..... I don't think at this time the ship date will change. I had the ∗same∗ sort of
'gotcha!' in the uSeq that we had to deal with.

The only ∗good∗ news is that the NAMM catalogs came back from the printer 4 days ∗early∗, so
that's 1 less thing to panic over. Hopefully no typos :)

Other good news is that the code for the uSeq is about 80% done, and what is done seems very
stable. This is about twice as far along as expected, and the code space is less than 1/2 of the
ROM.

I am planning to ship some kits out tomorrow and Wed while waiting for the pc boards to arrive.
When I get back, the #1 thing is to ship ship and ship. I'm not going to worry that much about
the new stuff until mid- Feb. I want a good 3 full weeks of nothing but shipping (oddly enough,
shipping also generates income). BTW, a very quick look of 2002 versus 2001 revenue show it to be
basically flat. Which is GREAT considering most businesses had 15-20% drops in sales in 2002.
Hopefully 2003 is not reduced, either. Now, I didn't calculate any ∗profit∗ yet (snicker). That
bad news will have to wait.

If I have any brochures left over after the show, I'll let you know and send them out for the
avid MOTM collectors out there (both of you).
