No, but your vote is subject to certain calculations:

Your vote ∗(number of 650s currently on order, substitute 0.1 if none on
order) ∗ (number of MOTM modules you own now) ∗ (0.5 ∗ number of modules on
back order) ∗ (72 - your current age {to determine the number of modules you
are likely to buy in the future}) , then multiplied by general disposable
income (submit last 3 years tax returns for verification).
