Count me in. If this is for real, I'll hold off on buying a rack for my rig for awhile. I was planning on using a standard 19" rack anyway since I don't have the skills or eqipment to build my own.
One option you may want to consider is shipping the wood unfinished. That would bring the prep cost down and allow the end user a choice in finishes.
