I am only beginning to understand the theory of this. I used to think
the delay lines were the important part (because you can get
very nice sounds by just making feedback around a BBD delay
line), but there is much more. The fun begins if you have means
to change air pressure and embouchure on a simulated reed,
which involves a lot of nonlinear stuff (easy in analogue) and
a lot of knowledge how to set the parameters (I'm just a
bloody beginner here).

Don't expect anything soon. At the moment I'm just playing
with my VL7 and reading ugly Yamaha patent texts.
