I tried this for awhile. I had a 20U high slanted cabinet sitting on a
table top. It worked okay, but ideally for easier patching you want
something that's longer in the horizontal direction than the vertical
direction. A couple of side by side rack cabinets would be a better
fit. I ended up building my own cabinet instead.
