I found this on the links page for Conquest. I've exchanged a few emails with them and they will sell premade patch cables in colors and will also sell bulk wire.

Before I bought my Gotham cable, I searched around for Canare. The prices were
outrageous. One place only sold it by the spool (200 meters), and even in that
quantity it was still $600 for a spool. That's three times the price of Gotham.
And Gotham was already pricy compared to other cable. In my process of trying
to find any remaining colored Gotham cable on this continent, I talked to the
Canadian Gotham dealer. He sold some other color cable that was a really good
price but he wouldn't tell me the brand. He is one source I've kept in the back
of my mind should I need color cable cheap, or if anyone else does, check him
out. You'll need to search Gotham site for dealer names.
If anybody ends up buying USA-1 or Canare cable, please post to the list where
you got it. Neither of them are easy to find, and some places just sell black.
