Markertek (a "broadcast supply" company) stocks Canare and Mogami
cable - and Gepco and Belden. They sell the more popular types by the
foot and have price breaks if you buy a full reel. They usually stock
at least some of the available colors for a particular cable type.
They have reasonable prices for Neutrik connectors, etc.

I have purchase raw cable and connectors from these guys in the past.
(I believe there is a per order minimum - something like $50.)

The Canare L-2T2S that someone had mentioned:

The "famous" Canare L-4E6S "star quad" microphone cable:

The Mogami 2792 that I had mentioned:

Neutrik 1/4" connectors:

Neutrik Ethernet connectors :)

I think I read somewhere that Paul had dreamed up some kind of modular
synthesizer that was going to use Ethernet to interconnect the
modules?
