I'm assuming "first [motm] LFO" in your modular: I would suggest the 320
over the other 2 motm 'micro' lfo's (if these are the only 3 you are
comparing).

Reasons:
1 - 320 has 4 waveforms simultaneously available (other 2: limited
number of waveforms available)
2 - shape option is great for 'customizing' wave shape ∗and∗ is voltage
controllable (e.g., change lfo waveform shape with env. gen. attack)
3 - sync in option is useful for starting a waveform "in sync" with other
control voltages (e.g., start rising edge of sawtooth along with env. gen.
attack) or "sync'ing" with a 300 (especially at lower frequencies)
4 - fm has + and - scale (e.g., env. gen. attack can decrease lfo speed)
5- can serve as low frequency audio osc w/ 1V-oct cv

Basically, the 320 is packed with great features, great quality, and
great versatility. Then add either of the other 2 lfo's as you see your
'fun' developing.

Anyway, just my $.02, Jeff
