one thing I liked on my Pro-2000 was the portamento feature. Once I built an 820, I saw how supperior the 820 was. I dont use the portamento from the pro-2000 anymore. But simply from a "Im a poor musician with an expensive hobby" point of view, it was nice to be able to put a VC Lag module on the backburner for a year while buying VCOs, EGs, VCF etc.
perhaps I missed it in the other posts, but I also very much would want the ability to switch between multi and single note triggering while in monophonic mode. Perhaps even in polyphonic mode? I wouldn't buy this if I couldn't switch between single/multi triggering. Well, perhaps I would, but it would then get very low priority.
I would definately buy it if it did have the option, but not until I took care of some other basic modules I want. I would love to be able to rack my midi-cv converter with the rest of my synth.
