Pretty funny; my PCs for the past ten years have been named after "Alien"

Mother (file server)
LV426 & Fiorina161 (both application servers)
Nostromo, Leviathan, Auriga (workstations)
Narcissus, Derelict (notebooks)
My modular has the working title of either "Oasis," "El Dorado," or
"Shangri-La," because it's completion seems unattainable.

Middle Earth references are cool. My computers are named after Star Wars
planets: Yavin4, Bespin, Corellia, etc. I'm thinking of naming my 6 foot
high MOTM system "Death Star Synth" or something equally silly.
