Subject: PCB mount Jacks Question

I have a module with pcb mounted mini jacks that I want to convert
to MOTM format. Does anyone know how these 4 mounting pads are wired
to switchcraft 112a jacks. Please explain in electronics muppet
language :)

Also does anyone have any schaefer frontplatten designer files
containing the MOTM pot front panel design ?
