Let's suppose Simon is not successful finding a Time Machine. If Simon is
interested in selling his panel to someone, who currently has a panel on
order, I am willing to cancel a single TM panel order and refund that panel
price to be used toward the purchase of Simon's panel. No sense printing
too many panels. Just a Stooge thought.
