Mackie 24-Channel 8∗bus recording console with Mackie stand.
I haven't made much of an effort to sell this, but I do not want to
put it up for auction. I've never even tried to sell anything on E∗bay.
Imho, auctions should be for rare and one-of-a-kind items,
and are not appropriate for selling the most popular mixer in history.
So while this console is far from rare, I am confident
that you will not find a better deal with fewer hassles.
It has 24 mic inputs and 24 line inputs, assignable to the main mix, Mix B,
or any of 8 buses in any combination; 24 channel insets; 8 bus inserts; a
mix B stereo input; and 6 stereo returns; for a total of 70 inputs.
Each of the 24 channels has four band EQ, and six aux sends.
It's extremely flexible. Its monitoring capabilities are quite excellent,
better than any other compact mixer regardless of price.
This mixer is in pristine condition. It looks and feels great.
Everything works 100% -- no glitches, rough spots, or any signs of wear.
I tried looking for a scratch and couldn't find one!!
It has been professionally maintained in a clean, smoke-free studio
its entire life, and has never been used live, or taken "on the road".
Brand new, without the stand, these mixers list for $3,599, with a street
price of $2,899. On the used market, these mixers in
worn condition with an unknown history and without the stand
are often sold by used equipment dealers for over $2,000,
and I've seen similar prices on auction websites.
