Another issue involves the voltage level it takes to cycle through all
banks. Unmodified, it takes 10 volts positive to get to the top bank (or
wave). Using a MOTM-800 you get only 1/2 way there.
There is a modification at my website, adding two resistors to the PCB, that
raises the gain in the CV input buffer to allow full range control with only
5 volts. Since you have any input attenuator on the Miniwave, you can
always dial it back to 50% when using a full 10 volt control.
