Ask to see the catalog to make sure they carry the part (many parts
in the catalog are by mail order only).

And Mark, at least the sales people don't need to "talk to the manager" to
check the prices.

In the interest of full disclosure, my 21U rack rails came from Tech America
(now RadioShack.com -- which charges sales tax in every state applicable) but
I got them because they were cheap.
