Poteducation!
What’s thedifference between the 148 and 149 other then one is cermet? Why choose oneover the other, if they are the same value wouldn’t they operate the same?
Looking atDave’s Hot Rod parts list Dave chooses Bourns over Spectrol for plastic andthen Spectrol over Bourns for Cermet? Paul tends to use Spectrol when mountingto the PC and then tends to use the Bourns for non-mounted, coincidence or isthere a science to selecting pots?
For myMiniWave I used Spectrol 149’s and they work just fine. I’m about to order 149’sfor my Dark Star, should I maybe put more thought into this or go with Dave’recommended Bourns? Or does it boil down to cost since the Spectrol’s cost alittle more?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news....errr...but Stooge Larry swapped VR1
and VR4. VR4 is the
148 pot!
Other than THAT, nice shots.
