Yes, "closed" applies to the jack switch, "normalled" applies to the
connection.

Looking at Mouser catalog #608, on p.158, it looks like a 502-114B for a
chassis mount TRS with a closed tip and ring (diagram GG), or just the
closed ring version 113F (diagram HH), but for $.10 more you might want to
stock up on the more versatile part. If you have a ground loop, the 114B
comes in a pricey floated "N" version.
