This comes up so often that it's likely to be my first utility module
(rather than use up half a dozen multimix or pedal interfaces). In
addition to LFO scaling/inverting/biasing I've had to do the same
thing with GATE signals as well; the 101 samples and holds on the
falling edge of a gate, not on the rising edge (grrr).
