Then how about an electric generator run off of a propane engine?? That
would make the best sine. A solenoid on the throttle could provide VC
Rate. Add a flywheel and it's now ultra stable. Additional generators
could be added onto the same engine with tiny transmissions, and each gear
would represent a different harmonic. I'm sure there are model builders
who could fit this in 3U, and it could replace the 900 for a truly portable
system. Since it would already have propane, with a 2U grill you could
vertically slide in a couple of burgers and cook meals on the road. Of
course, someone is going to want a 1U "micro grill" so they can only cook
one hot dog.
