I use mine in almost every patch. It's great for modulated delay
effects. You can't do that with 99% of the other delays out there,
analog or digital. That's one of the reasons to own a modular. The
flanging effects are great too, with a softer edge than the digital
counterparts.
Keep in mind that delays greater than a few hundred milliseconds become
very bandwidth limited. This is a natural limitation and characteristic
of bucket brigade type delays. If you want clarity in delays of a few
hundred milliseconds or greater then I recommend using a digital delay.
