Hello JB,
It is the second edition of the book. Having never
seen the first edition I can't tell you what the
difference is. The 2nd ed. is 274 pages.
The ISBN is: 0075232197. If you saw the original
postings on Analog Heaven just about all the info
there was incorrect (ISBN, phone # to call, price).
It took a little persistance on my part (and over a
month wait) to actually get the book. Hopefully
they have things squared away now.
The scary thing about this book is not the cost of
the actual book, but the money it is going to cost
me in the long run. As I read along I find myself
going, "Oh, so that's what I need one of those for"
and "Oh I should get a second one of those so I can
make a patch like that" and "Oooo, I hope Paul
designs one of these soon."
