Subject: Status Update

As things escalate towards Christmas/NAMM, here is the first of many quick updates.
1) Pedal Interface shipping out at the rate of 10 people/day. I expect all '850s to leave here in
kit form by Wed of next week.
2) Assembled backlog is being built at rate of 15 modules/week. That's my max. output. At this
rate, it will still take 7 weeks to flush it all out.
Remember, I do these not by 'person', but by module type. I will do a batch of 6 LFOs, then 5
'420, then 8 VCOs, etc. This is why assembled stuff arrives to you in strange spurts, followed by
a long lag. Luckily, the overall kit backlog is somewhat small (for non-850/310s) so I plan to go
through all of that by the end of next week. Sorry for delaying kits shipped the last 10 days,
had to get these '850s out and test the '310.
3) Shipping overseas at the present time is VERY VERY SLOW. Repeat S L O W. Even shipped Air
Mail, expect 1 ∗ONE MONTH∗ delay. Repeat, ∗ONE MONTH∗ delay. If you want stuff faster, I can ship
2 ways: Express Mail (post office) and Fed-Ex. Express Mail is about 7 days. It does NOT have
day-by-day tracking like Fed-Ex. Fed-Ex to Europe is also about 7 days, with daily tracking
updates. It also costs 50% MORE than Express Mail. 1 or 2 modules to Europe via Express Mail is
about $29 - $36. 1 or 2 modules to Europe via Fed-Ex is about $42-$56.
4) Remember, if you want to see your stuff before Christmas, I need to have your order/money in
my grubby little hands by Nov. 10th. Orders received after Nov. 10th have a high likelihood of
not shipping until JAN. 25th!!!!
