Paul congrats on the nice figures. Lots of great modules on the horizon, and its just
in time for the holiday season...(Thinking ahead ;)
So Paul.. Lots of guitar players at Namm, right?
Im sure youve thought of this, but..
-Have a system, maybe in an SKB, with the preamp module in it. Have a pedal interface, have a 410 and maybe a 420 pair.. have an LFO and an osc (for FM/Ringmod stuff), have a 110, maybe a 101, Hell- have em all!!!Will the envelope follower be ready by then? if not I would have at least a temp-proto-mockup there, NAMM is a good cause.. And have a guitar and Bass there (Tuned) on stands and have it all ready to go through a nice guitar amp. Im sure that there would be at least one lister-volunteer who would be willing to setup patches and guide gutiarists/bassists if you could get them in!
Go over modular patches with the strummers that simulate common popular effects boxes.
Maybe have a sequencer ready on the MOTM so the guitarists can be shown how they can patch right into the electronic sounds of the basslines or whatever else cool you could rig up relatively simply (lots!!)
Borrow someones nice guitar amp, and there you go.
Is the "Synth Of Doom" going to be there, that would be the perfect mega Texas-sized, synth centerpiece for your booth!
Just some ideas I had..
Good luck once again, take pictures!!!!
Later all,
~Steve M
Going to see a live jamband with an Organ/Rhodes/Moog player!! Keyboardists equipment setup updates tomorrow!!!
