Joseph,

You might want to check the configuration on your Hammond. I have used mine to
control my MOTM and modular stuff through an Expressionist without any problems. I
have managed to get the XK-2 setup munged up enough that it was spewing out lots of
garbage MIDI messages that could certainly clog up any device and generally bog down
performance.

I have not used the velocity sensitivity of the XK-2 to provide a CV for the MOTM
stuff so I don't know if there is an issue there but I have used it with other MIDI
devices and the velocity sensitivity seems to be OK. The XK-2 does not support MIDI
after-touch so you can't map that to a CV.

I hope that helps.

Eric
