I talked to Todd in person on Saturday. I delivered to him in person all
the front panels for the OMS-410 and others. He has recently been moving
and also has trips to Indiana for work and to visit family (his dad is sick
right now).
Although we did not specifically discuss the details, I believe that he has
all the parts and was simply waiting on panel fronts to be able to complete
his orders. So, most of the delay is my fault for all the trouble I had
with metal shop and painter delays. And, thanks for everyone's patience
with that BTW.
The last of my panel orders will ship today (including those 822 and 831
things that were waiting panels) with the exception of those who have
requested drilling services. Sorry, but you are being delivered last as I
did not want to hold up on all packaging and shipping while I drilled. And,
there are a couple of you who ordered from the "spares" very late in the
process who still have pending payments. Otherwise, all will be shipped
today.
Todd has a LOT of drilling in front of him for the OMS-410 kits. I think he
was planning to drill all the panels for those. If someone wanted to
expedite his order, I suppose you could tell Todd to send your without the
drilling (if you are the drillin' type) However, I am NOT speaking for
Todd..
Anyhow, Dave and I have nothing in the OMS-410 deal except that we supplied
the front panels. Like the rest of the panels, they were significantly
later than we had ever anticipated. I have already resolved all the issues
that caused that delay. On the next round (hee hee), we will be able to
give you a fairly firm delivery date at the time of your order.
Once again, thanks to every one who endured the delay this time. Thanks for
your orders.

Subject: [motm] OMS-410 kits from Shemp
Has anybody heard from Shemp about the OMS-410 kits he is pulling together?
I have e-mailed him 5 times about it over the last couple months and he will
not respond even once to my inquiries. I know he moved, but due to a recent
post I see that his e-mail has stayed the same. I paid him in full up front
($130) and the guy will not answer any message or verify that things are
still rollin with the kits. Now that the panels are done I would like to get
some news from him at least. Shemp, if you are out there please answer one
of my messages.
