Attached is a Windoze bmp showing Paul's (final?) changes for the release of
the MOTM-410 module. It includes some labelling changes (for targetting this
module at more of a mass market than just modular owners), and also some
functional changes from our earlier assumptions.

Labelling changes:
1. LFO's FREQ control and LFO FM jack changed to RATE
2. Global filter FM control and jack changed to SWEEP

Functional changes:
1. LFO output is replaced with a VC Depth Mod input. For synchronized
external panning, you'll now use an external LFO into the Sweep input.
2. Res control replaced with wet/dry mix control. Filters are fixed
resonance - I think this is how it always worked, it was just mislabelled on
my old image.

Also, I've figured out a better way to generate the labels, so they should
be sharper in the new image. Enjoy!
