Hi Thomas and list.
this kind of sequencer is in layout stage and would be released in kit form
in about 1-2 month.
my company is called ANALOGIC and we are designing a line of control
modules which are called "the techno music machine's".
the sequencer is a 16 stage , stage selectable and preset able and is
designing around the 4516 binary counter.
it is design to fit in a MOTM mounting rails and it use banana jacks
for stacking and you use a 940 panel for converting it in to 1/4" jacks.
i would really like to know how many of you guy's out three would be
interested
in that kind of circular sequencer ?
the cost is not yet defined but it would be around 450-700$ in kit form.
the desghin use a high quality pcb mount cermet pot's and quality switches
and this components would define the price of the unit , the sequencer
internal logic makes that sequencer much more then a regular 16 step
sequencer and that makes it worth to use this pot's and switches , meaning
you would create much more then a repeated sequence .
thanx
