I make my own cables with switchcraft connectors and high quality shielded
wire. I use color-coded shrink-wrap tubing at the ends. They work great
and look cool, but it's not much fun. I build three cables after completing
a module - to sort of spread out the pain. Alas, since I bought a large
quantity of connectors and wire, I guess I'll be doing this routine for a
while. After that, it's "Wacky" all the way.

Subject: [motm] Cables
Sent this out to AH as well but email is doing funny things today so
I'm posting here as well....
Does anyone know what these cables are?

They're on the MOTM at Audio Playground. Kind of cool because of the
color coding.
On a somewhat related topic - why are the Wacky Kovacky cables so
great? Any better than picking up switchcraft connectors, decent
wire, and putting them together yourself?
