Afaik, there isn't.

It's much more likely that you misread the frequency counter than made the
same mistake building two 320's. What do your ears tell you?? Does it
sound that low??

I just got done measuring my 320 with both a frequency counter and a tuning
meter. I prefer the tuning meter.

With no other inputs, with the speed knob at maximum, and the shape in the
middle, I get approximately 220Hz or an A -1. All four waveforms measure
exactly the same.

With a 1V/oct input of 5V the output is 6.29KHz, with a 1V/Oct input of 5V
and an FM input of 5V (with the FM knob fully CW) the output is 8.45KHz.
With no FM input and a 1V/Oct input of 4.27V I get a C +4 (the highest note
on my tuning meter) or about 4.23KHz.

While I wouldn't recommend the 320 as a stable VCO (the pitch tends to
waver a bit, especially after changing the input voltage -- it takes a
while for the frequency to settle), mine can easily do 80Hz. The manual
mentions changing capacitor values in order to change its frequency range.
I would guess that the cap in yours is at the far end of its tolerance,
except that you have two 320's with almost the same the maximum frequency.
Perhaps, newer 320's come with smaller caps. I don't know.
