No, no problems. I chose the angle by doing experiments ahead of time
with a specific eye to avoiding unwanted interaction. Since there is
an angle, the jack of course leans closer to the knob below than in a
straight cabinet. But the angle is gentle enough that it doesn't
interfere with tweaking.

I also wonder if you will have more dust buildup on the lower row.
I've found that the vertical mounting tends to only allow dust to
settle on the knobs which is either kept clean via use or is easier
to clean than panels.

I keep a feather duster handy and run it over all my gear panels
every few days. I have many control surfaces that are a lot more
nearly horizontal than the bottom row of the MOTM.
