Very nice and straightforward.
If you hate VC Q so much, why do it? They're your modules!
Personally, I'm excited about it. It's the whole reason I'm buying/building
this modular--I want as much control as possible over everything via CVs. I
don't want to have to turn a knob in real-time if I don't have to, because
chances are that after I've CV'd everything I can in a composition, these
two hands are still going to be tweaking real-time anyway. I could use them
anywhere--last night, for example, I wished I had another source for a gate
so I could use the EG the proper way. I ran out of 1/8"->1/4" cables,
though, with TR-606 trigs out, TB-303 CV out, ProSolo outputs... My MOTM is
so small, yet so patched-up! I love my MOTM, and I'll keep loving everything
about it, especially those features that have a control voltage (or FM)
input!
But if it's a significant trade-off in terms of quality, I don't want it,
and quite likely others don't either.
