Well I see your problem--you're using BADpass filters instead of the
conventional BANDpass filters. I find that badpass filters are always
fluctuating in terms of their center frequencies and often they don't work
at all.
It seems that Paul sent you PCB and parts for his 411 filter; the
triple-resonant badpass filter. ∗I∗ was supposed to receive that filter;
Paul's opinion is that because I write crap techno, I don't deserve anything
that will sound good or filter anything in any way resembling Jean-Michel
Jarre's work. Fair enough.
I wondered why my 411 sounded "too" good. Now we know!
