Paul hasn't been to keen on doing a Pitch to Voltage Converter from what I
can remember.

Here is one to check out.

This is the Harry Bissell P-to-CV I wrote the list about earlier. I have
the PCB and it is on my project list. But, I am having trouble finding the
MAT transistor pair. I went to the analog devices website and it wasn't
working well. anyone know what's going on with that?

I have a parts list for this thing too (with Mouser #s). And, there are two
different version of the schematic. The original PCB was designed to go in
an Etherwave where you would have 3 outputs. 1 = CV based on osc pitch
(right ant) CV based on volume ant (left). and a Gate based on moving your
hand in and out of the volume antenna range.

I think Harry told me that the gate worked best if the Etherwave volume
function was tuned to work in the non-tradition mode of closer = louder.

If you are thinking about this as a stand alone project (as am I), then the
schematic is altered as a few parts left off to forgo this gate function. I
have a copy of this altered schematic direct from Harry if anyone wants a
copy. I also plan to see the wild man in March. Apparently, he has this
thing working in conjunction with some kind of quantizer that I have to put
my eyes and hands on to try and understand. That's one more reason for you
to be sure and make the AHMW thing this year Shemp.
