Subject: Re: [Simmons Drums] looking for a simmons kit to buy

Hello,
I'm drummer too & I wouldn't choose a Simmons for this proper use ...
I would rather buy a low cost acoustic kit set up with some silent mesheads...It would be much more comfortable, & much more silent ...
The Simmons pads might injure your wrist.
& I'm afraid it's the worst use of a Simmons ...
Buy a Simmons for the sound , the look , but not for replacing acoustic drums , it won't do it at all ... with no pains ...

Hope this helps.
Patrice.

hi guys,
i have no experience in edrums, just accoustic, but due to my limited
space in my flat, and the limited acceptance of my neighbours, i am
looking to buy a used simmons kit incl. controller.

i am based in the UK, if anyone here knows where to get it, would
really apprechiate any hints.

cheers
stefan
