Subject: Update: Musicaid/Simmons Clap Trap II Buttons

I have solved my problem. Use this post as a reference if you find yourself in the same situation.

     1) The original momentary switches are manufactured by Cherry. They're still in business but I don't see anything that looks like the switches in the Clap Trap. I'll keep looking.
     2) I reassembled switch (moderately difficult because there's an internal spring and I'm blind) and glued it shut. I didn't want to apply glue all the way around in case I have to reopen it nor did I want to glue the moving parts inside. Amazing what you can accomplish w/ lighted magnifying eyeglasses and a toothpick. Don't get old, guys.
     3) I had applied a clamp to the two small retaining tabs that hold the switch in the shell of the Clap Trap in order to straighten them out. They suffered as I wrestled the switch from the body. Now, the switch fits into the body w/ little play as if it were new.
     4) The humanizer function is now defeatable. In real world (or my world) conditions I never have to turn it off because I'm triggering it from drum machines rather than its own timer but I can't stand when gear is not fully operational. I feel cheated.
     Thanks for listening..
