Hi Ed - really depends what the fault is.
The + and - 15V are quite simple regulator circuits, but the 12V and 5V supplies are quite complicated.There's a few of the capacitors that are prone to popping and letting out a lot of smoke, but the PSU's can still run without them.
Can you give us a bit more information about what's not working ?
