I've put some schematics etc in the files section in a folder if people want copies to keep. I will eventually upload everything there.

I've had feedback from one member who has/is having problems with his cart so I am interested in any feed back so I can see what I can do. The cartridge design is exactly the same as the original, just modified battery section and tidied up resistor arrangement so the operation is identical to the original. I have checked this against a true simmons cart and confirm this is so. Every cart is tested on 2 SDS units before sent to confirm they are working. Out of 40+ made I have had 5 that failed during testing and these I am going to have a look at why. Either faulty chips or a PCB problem is expected. So ALL units that have been sent are confirmed working before they leave. If you look at the PCB there is a little white sticker with my initials, this is put on after testing to confirm unit was good.

I will do a little right up and put it in the files folder with fault finding suggestions over the next few days.
