Subject: SDS8 Power Issue

I'm no electronics tech so I'll almost certainly be taking my SDS8 to my repair guy, but thought I'd ask for any ideas on what the problem may be first...

SDS8 was working fine for years - one day it didn't power up, I checked the fuse, it had blown. I replaced the fuse with the exact same type, it immediately blew.

Any suggestions?
