The second document is from November 2012. I can imagine that there's
some debate regarding this issue on US soil, but hey, it feels good to
at least talk about it and see the ruling in favour of Dave here in
Europe. We don't see any "China-Simmons" here these days. I'm also very
glad one passes unsold on Ebay...
As I bonus I see a few familiar names in the second pdf as well. :D
(I wonder who had the problem of spelling those swedish and french
family names though.)
