I wanted to chime in on issues with my SDSV hi-hat card, as long as someone may be thinking about them.

My card used to work fine for about 10-15 minutes, and then the cymbal sample would be replaced with a "boink" noise (which was interesting too). All the other other aspects of the card work fine. Now it only makes the boink.

I've always suspected something was up with the little riser board that the eprom is on, but I do not know enough about what I'd be looking for.

Thanks for thinking about this issue too.
