Hi list (and a hidden copy to the list owner),
Some time ago we had a very annoying member who kept harrassing the list
with obscenities and harsh words. He started calling some of us "Gods"
and it's been a joke among some of us since. It was annoying, but after
a while it stopped and the list got back to what it once were...
A few days ago I asked for a friendlier tone from one of our newest
members. I understood that he took it in a good manner and the
discussion kept going without too much irritation.
At that time our "old friend" harrassed me off-list with insults and
tried to provoke me into the same lame way of expression. My answer can
be found at the bottom. After having sent that I banned him from the
list (again).
Today I guess he realised that and sent the mail below. I forward this
just to display what kind of person he is. If you think that language
like this is appropriate on the list - feel free to let me know and we
can appoint a new moderator. If not, feel free to let "Mark" know that
noone on the list appreciate his language nor agrees with his behaviour.
Now, get back hitting those hexaheads and soldering those old machines.

please don't go down that road again. None of us wants that discussion.
We want a friendly tone and a good and fruitful discussion. Not general
whining and swearing.
So, keep feeling I have a God complex, but dumb comments won't pass
moderation.
