hello. as I look at the brain it has 7 channels on the front. It has bass, snare, tom, tom, tom, cymbals and in the 7th spot it has a plate that has written Simmons below that a very large V below that SDSV ELECTRONIC but it looks like the plate can be removed for something. On the back there are 7 channels 7 Pads in 7 Channel outputs . It also has an input that says High Hat foot pedal The number on the brain says 002828 I don't know if that makes a difference but I am sure it is fairly one of the early ones. Only an expert would know. Below the channel outputs there are 1/4 guitar chord holes under every channel and it says SYNTH in + 15v. It has a left out, right out and mix out. Power input 115v 50hz Made in England by SIMMONS ST. ALBANS. It comes with a Bass and 4 drum pads . They are Plastic Red with aluminum rim and Black heads that you hit. I guess that is all. All you experts over there let me know about this unit. I am a bass guitar , sax , and drummer but never ever play drums. I always play bass and love it. Since we are all musicians I kind of feel we are our own unique family and that is cool for me. Please take care. oh yea , the kind of music I play is Hot Tuna, Kinks, Troggs, Outsiders, Iron Butterfly,Cream, Yardbirds , The Stones . Basically all the music of that style. You kind of get the picture. I try to pick the very hardest songs of all these groups. If you haven't done your dues you can't play the songs because they are too difficult. Well later and take care.
